My New Kitchen from Abed Tahan

Finally I received my new kitchen from Abed Tahan. As I told you before in my blog here one of my essentials when picking the kitchen was choosing the right appliances. At Abed Tahan, they advised me to go with Gorenje Appliances as they combine beauty, efficiency and technology, so I got the fridge, the microwave, the dishwasher and off course the best oven to help me creating my new recipes.

I am so excited to try my new Oven from Gorenje because it is Inspired by traditional wood-burning ovens, it enables hot air to move around freely so the food is heated evenly and from all sides. It has a combination of MultiFlow 360˚ and HomeMade shape that helps preparing many dishes at once; however, the flavor and smells don’t mix. Because of the Smart air system. It also has a small drawer for water to keep the chicken and turkey moist while cooking.

So today I’m sharing with you the first recipe I prepared in my beautiful kitchen.

Stuffed Chicken with tomato and mozzarella is a fast and healthy recipe and can replace a sandwich. I always prepare it when I have friends for dinner and I usually add a salad to it, hope you will enjoy,

Instructions:

To start, slice your chicken horizontally, but not all the way through.

Spread on the pesto. Add sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, green pepper, artichoke and a sprinkle of spinach if you like.

Now just fold it over and secure with a couple toothpicks.

Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Paprika
