Hi everyone welcome back to my blog, today I am sharing with you another easy, fast and healthy chicken recipe that can ne served for lunch or dinner because it is light and baked
Ingredients:

2 chicken breast & thighs
1/2 pepper
1 tomato
2 mushrooms
2 carrots
sun dried tomatoes
artichoke
olives
basil
thyme
egg plant
For the sauce:
1 tbs honey
1 tbs mustard
1 tbs thyme or rosemary
Directions:
First heat the oven 180 degree celcius
In a bowl mix the mustard, honey and thyme, then marinate the chicken

Put in oven for 10 min
Meanwhile, cut the vegetables
After 10 min remove the chicken from the oven and add the vegetable.
Cover with aluminum foil and put back in oven for another 10 min or until chicken is done

I usually serve it with rice or burgul with a side salad
