Hi everyone welcome t my blog, today I am sharing with you a fun, easy and quick chicken recipe.
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 low sodium soy sauce
1 glove minced garlic
1 tbs honey
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs cornstarch
4 chicken breast
In a bowl mix the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, sesame oil and cornstarch and whisk well
Cut the chicken in cubes
Add 3 tbs vegetable oil in pan on medium heat and cook the chicken 3 min on each side, then add the mix.
cook for 15 min or until chicken are cooked
Serve with cooked rice and steamed asparagus,
Sprinkle sesame on the chicken before serving
